Property Management and Consulting Prices

BnB In Style has two pricing models – one for co-hosting airbnb property management and one for property management consulting. Each model is suitable for property owners and investors, depending on their goals and level of day to day involvement in the management of the property and guest experience.

We treat each property we co-host and manage as if it were our own. We can provide financial and performance reporting for each property and we continually monitor the market to optimise your listing for maximum returns.

Additional Co-hosting Property Management Services and Costs

  • BnB In Style can arrange various services and provide advice for those who want to do it themselves. For example, a lockbox for the key is the owner’s expense, but we can advise on what we use. 
  • Room styling and photography can be arranged and the price varies depending on the size of the property and its location. 
  • We can advise on linen and towels service costs depending on number of beds and bathrooms. The same goes for bathroom and cleaning consumables.

  • A free initial consult is the right place to start to determine your needs and the best way to maximise rental returns. After that we provide a minimum half day (four hours) consulting package.
